Si centrali i parë i këtij lloji i prodhuar në Shqiperinë e viteve të komunizmit  në vitin 1973, ky central është “pagëzuar” me emrin “Valbona”. Valbona shërbente për të monitoruar dhe kontrolluar mikrofonat e përgjimit, duke përçuar bisedat drejt magnetofonave regjistrues të markës gjermane “UHER”. Centrali mund të komandonte deri në 40 përgjues të vendosur në distancë duke i lidhur këta të fundit me 10 magnetofona përgjues. Ky model ishte sa i kushtueshem aq edhe modern për kohën. Midis mikrofonit dhe centralit vendosej edhe një amplifikator linje i markës “Plepi” i cili shërbente për rregullimin e frekuencës së sinjalit audio dhe përforcimin e tij.

As the first model of this type produced in Albania during the communist years in 1973, this sample was “christened” with the name “Valbona”. Valbona served to monitor and control the interception microphones, transmitting conversations to the German “UHER” recording tape recorders. The plant could command up to 40 eavesdroppers located remotely by connecting the latter with 10 eavesdropping tape recorders. This model was both costly and modern for the time. Between the microphone and the exchange there was placed a line amplifier of the brand “Plepi” which served to regulate the frequency of the audio signal and amplify it.
