Kjo pallto e zezë prej stofi nuk është një pallto e zakonshme por një pallto civile e punjonjësve të degës së teknikës operative të Sigurimit të Shtetit. Në brendësi të palltos gjendet një aparat fotografik i cili fotografonte personat që përgjoheshin. Objektivi i aparatit përkon me kopsën e palltos dhe është i lidhur me një mekanizëm-dorezë i cili mbahej në xhepin e palltos. Objektivi aktivizohej sa herë shtypej mekanizmi në xhep duke realizuar foto mjeshtërore për kohën. Ky objekt i sofistikuar i survejimit dhe dokumentimit të veprimeve të personave të shënjestruar është prodhuar në Shqipëri gjatë viteve 1980-1990.

 

This black cloth coat is not an ordinary coat but a civilian coat of employees of the State Security operational technique branch. Inside the coat there is a camera that photographed the intercepted persons. The lens of the apparatus coincides with the button of the coat and is connected to a handle-mechanism which was held in the coat pocket. The objective was activated whenever the mechanism was pressed into the pocket, taking masterful pictures of the time. This sophisticated object of surveillance and documentation of the actions of targeted persons was produced in Albania during the years 1980-1990.
