The educational program “Impression” is an art competition involving high school students. The competition is held in the following genres: 1- visual arts (painting, sculpture, installation) 2- literary creation (essays, poetry, etc.), 3- music (melodies, songs). Some of the objectives of this competition are: engaging, encouraging young people to participate in creative / educational activities, acquainting them with the albanian communist regime as well as familiarizing them with the repressive activity of State Security, reflecting on the past, promotion of new talent etc.Students will visit the museum and based on the sensations or impressions they will have they will create in the aforementioned artistic genres.At the end of the project, an exhibition of the best works will open on May 23. Works will be accepted until April 30th. Afterwards they will be exhibited for about 2 weeks on the museum’s facebook page and the creation that will receive the most likes will be appreciated at a special price. It is envisaged that the best creations will be valued at a symbolic price as well as being part of a catalog.
